About Me
Growing up in a small town in Southeastern Alabama, I spent my childhood playing in the woods, taking care of horses, barrel racing competitively, and living that country life. After meeting my husband in Tallahassee at Florida State University, we moved to the Tampa Bay area and I traded horseback riding for sunny days on the boat, catching fish and anchoring at sandbars. We would spend our vacation time coming up to Hendersonville, Black Mountain, Brevard, and Asheville and dreaming of living here one day.
5 years before moving here, we visited downtown for the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and it seemed like the entire community was there. Rob and I couldn’t stop talking about the hometown feel we had always wanted to be a part of.
My husband Rob is in the yachting industry and has been a marketing director for some of the largest boating companies in the world. In 2018, he started his own consulting firm, Bowman Marketing, allowing us to be free of living near the main office of any one company.
We knew this was our chance to move our family to the mountains. We have two daughters, Hannah and Grace, who know nothing else but growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains and for this, we are extremely thankful! You’ll often find us tubing down the Davidson River, hiking in the Pisgah Forest, or playing with our two dogs and 5 chickens!
We have put down roots here in Hendersonville and have enjoyed becoming a part of the community through school, church, sports, volunteering, and local events. It’s my honor and a joy for me to help others find their perfect home in this town that we absolutely love.

"Ashley is a gifted professional. She is patient, persistent, cooperative, and adaptable. We began by seeking a single family house in Hendersonville and eventually chose a condominium outside Asheville. Ashley had to deal with a very low and tight budget. The entire experience was very pleasant. Superb. Highly recommend."
